1. Shipping & Delivery
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email. If you require further tracking information, please contact us ,we will reply you in 24 hours.
*International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
* If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock items may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.
2. Return & Refund
We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Items Eligible For Refund
All items will be inspected upon arrival and must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered and with all original tags attached to the garment. Items returned with obvious use, pet dander, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
Items Eligible For Partial Refund
We are responsible or partially responsible for all following defective items within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, obvious color difference.
Items Not Eligible For Refund
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order delivery date
- Original shipping charges & fees
- Giveaways or promotional items with a retail value lReturns received in damaged/worn condition
- Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged
For Return Fees
If you chose the wrong size, or personal reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, ordering numerous items for the purposes of comparison or sizing, the returns postage is made at your own cost.
We do not offer order cancellation after it is shipped. Please kindly pay attention to your shipping notice in your email inbox or spam folder.
How to Return
To request a return, please contact our customer service first with your order(s) number and describe the issue and provide us pictures that display the problem.. One of our reps will follow up with you via email with a solution. Here’s our return process:
- First, fill in the return form and print it out: download Return Form here
- Thrid, please mail the order(s) along with the attached form to our warehouse address below (Please do not return the order to the address on the package):

- After return it, please email us the return tracking number.
- Lastly, we will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving your returned items.
